Booking & Retainer
- $250 non-refundable retainer reserves your session.
- Retainer goes toward the package you select.
Session Pricing
- Up to 2 adults + all pets included.
- Extra adults: $100 each.
- Packages: 5 images $750 | 15 images $850 | Full gallery (~45+) $950.
- Payment due when your gallery is ready to download.
Rescheduling
- 1 free reschedule if 7+ days notice.
- Additional reschedules → $25 fee.
- Less than 7 days’ notice → $25 fee.
- Must complete rescheduled session within 12 months.
Cancellations
- Force majeure (illness, emergency, etc.): retainer credited for future session within 12 months.
- Other cancellations: retainer is forfeited.
- No-shows: fees forfeited.
Gallery & Images
- Private online gallery delivered within 6 weeks.
- 48-hour viewing period agreed in advance.
- Downloaded images: personal use only.
- Crediting photographer when sharing online appreciated.
- No selling, licensing, or contests without permission.
Credits & Fees
- Prices honored for 12 months for reschedules/credits.
- Credits have no cash value.
